Orders are dispatched every Monday, Wednesday & Friday before 12pm. Orders placed after 12pm will go out on the next dispatch day. All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery.

Please note that during peak dispatch times delivery time frames may be extended.

All UK orders will receive a Royal Mail tracking number either via email or telephone depending on which contact information you have provided. You will be able to use this tracking number to see where your order is up to and when it has been delivered.

SIZING

Our body jewellery is sized for piercings that have been done with a needle. Please see our guide to gauge sizes below. Please consult with your body piercer or message us before ordering if you need advice on sizing.

RETURNS

For hygiene reasons we can only accept returns on faulty goods. Returns need to be made within 14 days. All items must be in their original packaging and unworn to qualify for a replacement and we do not refund postage. Ensure items are adequately protected when returning as we cannot replace items that have been damaged or lost as a result of poor packaging.   

If you have received a faulty product, we're very sorry! Please contact us as soon as possible with photographs so we can arrange the next steps. We cannot accept lost items as faulty. If we request that you return the item to us for inspection, please note that we do cover refund postage!
